Reactivate Your Hulu Account
Cancelled Hulu accounts can be reactivated instantly. Your watchlist, profiles, and viewing history are saved.
How to Reactivate
Go to secure.hulu.com/account
Log in with your original email and password.
Click 'Reactivate Your Subscription'
You'll see this option on the main account page if your account is cancelled.
Choose your plan
Select from the current plan options. Prices may have changed since you cancelled.
Enter payment method
Your old payment method may still be on file. Update it if needed.
Start watching immediately
Access is restored instantly. Your watchlist, profiles, and My Stuff are all preserved.
What Gets Saved
Saved
- - Your watchlist (My Stuff)
- - All user profiles
- - Viewing history
- - Account email and password
- - Age ratings and parental controls
Not saved
- - Downloaded content (deleted on cancellation)
- - Previous plan pricing (you pay current rates)
- - Add-on subscriptions (must re-add)
- - Free trial eligibility (one per account, ever)
Consider pausing instead of cancelling.
Hulu lets you pause your subscription for up to 12 weeks. You are not charged during the pause, and everything stays exactly as you left it. Better than the cancel/reactivate cycle.
